we can paint away our pain through art therapy!

have you heard of art therapy which combines art and psychology to help us to cope with mental and emotional illness? arts is not only producing a masterpiece, but it can help us in expressing our pain where there is no other means to release... according to an art therapist, we don't have to be good like Picasso for the art therapy, but it is just about having freedom to paint, draw, make or say anything you want. you don't have to seek for a punch bag either. it only gona hurts your hand like i did before ;P

among the benefits of art therapy:
  • reduces anxiety n stress
  • improve self-esteem n confidence
  • help cope wit grief n loss
  • develop better interpersonal skills
  • helps one overcome anger n depression
i guess we just need some papers n d art ingredients 2 express our pain n anger instead of hurting yourself punching d punch bag. let's draw some interesting illustration :)
